BLB&G Partner Sean Coffey, lead counsel for the investor Class in the WorldCom securities litigation, was featured in CNBC's program, American Greed: Inside the WorldCom Scam. Mr. Coffey provided commentary on the rise and fall of WorldCom's former CEO, Bernard Ebbers, chronicled in the program.
In his role as the lead trial attorney in the prosecution of In re WorldCom Securities Litigation, Mr. Coffey helped obtain a record $6.15 billion in recoveries for defrauded investors in one of the most notable fraud cases in history.
