On May 9, 2024, BLB&G partner Jim Harrod will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association 2024 International Law Section Annual Conference. Jim will contribute to a panel discussion titled “Global Class Actions Primer: Comparative Review of Class Actions.”
Joined by legal and finance professionals, Jim will provide a broad overview of class action litigation in the U.S. federal courts and will examine how class actions operate in foreign jurisdictions.
The panel features a distinguished group of finance and securities litigation experts, including Michael Sternhell (Director, Burford Capital) and Dr. Martina de Lind van Wijngaarden (Partner, Freshfields).
