BLB&G’s Delaware office and Corporate Governance department were profiled in an article in Law360 following the firm’s recognition as a 2024 Delaware “Regional Powerhouse.” The profile highlights BLB&G’s expanding corporate governance practice, notable victories in 2023-24, and the Delaware team's formula for success.
The article recognizes BLB&G’s corporate governance practice as "one of the most powerful players" in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Partner Jeroen van Kwawegen, head of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance department, credits the firm’s deep expertise and collaborative culture: “No one can match the depth of our bench or the strength of our practice...We really have an ownership culture.
