Founding partner Max Berger was just one of 41 distinguished attorneys to be inducted into Lawdragon’s 2020 "Hall of Fame" list. The prestigious list reflects the amazing breadth of legal talent Lawdragon has recognized since its founding 15 years ago.
The honor, first assembled five years ago, includes some of the nation’s most well-known lawyers. Max was selected for his incredible work as a senior founding member of the firm. His success litigating many of the firm's most high-profile and significant cases, including negotiating seven of the largest securities fraud settlements in history (each in excess of a billion dollars), was also recognized.
