In its inaugural listing of Lawdragon’s 500 “New Stars, New Worlds.” Lawdragon, a national legal publication, selected partner Jerry Silk as one of the 500 “freshest faces in American law.”
Of Lawdragon’s 500 “new stars,” nine were personally interviewed and profiled, allowing them to share their unique perspective on the law. One of these profiles focused on Mr. Silk and his role playing a significant role in numerous cases at the firm, including two of the largest securities settlements of all time-WorldCom and Cendant. As detailed in Lawdragon, the cases “also resulted in a change in plaintiff tactics, seeking not just money, but changes in corporate governance.”
