BLB&G Partner Jeremy Robinson will speak on a panel titled “A Review of Major Securities Litigation Appeals and Their Aftermath” at the 2025 NASCAT Annual Meeting on May 1 in New York. Alongside distinguished professionals, Jeremy will examine major securities actions currently pending before various Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He will offer insights on recent legal developments, including the Supreme Court’s dismissal of high-profile appeals in cases involving Facebook and NVIDIA.
Jeremy is an experienced securities litigator who has played a leading role in some of the firm’s most high-profile cases, including actions against Facebook, Credit Suisse, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. He has helped recover billions of dollars for injured investors, obtaining some of the largest recoveries in history. Most recently, Jeremy was selected to Law360’s securities editorial advisory board, where he will provide insights and guidance on key issues shaping the legal landscape.
