The anti-ESG movement's claim that ESG undermines corporate value directly contradicts Delaware law, which emphasizes long-term value creation. She asserts that ESG aligns with fiduciary duties by improving long-term financial performance and providing downside protection, citing numerous supporting studies and legal precedents.
