Benjamin Potts practices out of the firm’s Wilmington office, prosecuting corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.
Ben most recently worked as a litigation associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he managed numerous matters in state and federal courts, including multiple special litigation and demand review committee investigations as lead associate. Prior to this, he served as an associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, where he represented corporations, alternative entities, and individuals in litigation in state and federal courts, and served on multiple trial teams, presented arguments, and managed discovery.
Ben attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received his J.D. and was the Senior Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law. He received a certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School, and obtained his B.A. in Music, graduating summa cum laude from Emory University.
