In a series of profiles of outstanding litigators, prominent legal newswire Securities Law360 features BLB&G’s Senior Founding Partner, Max Berger, as one of 10 “Legal Superstars.”Securities Law360 highlighted Mr. Berger’s outstanding role in many of the firm’s most high profile cases, including the celebrated Texaco race discrimination case and the massive WorldCom securities class action, both of which resulted in unprecedented corporate governance reforms, which have served as models for public companies going forward.
