BLB&G partner Jeroen van Kwawegen has been honored by Law360 as a 2024 Securities MVP. The award recognizes Jeroen’s outstanding contributions to the firm’s securities litigation practice and the field of securities litigation at large. He is one of just six attorneys recognized in this category.
During the course of his career, Jeroen has recovered more than $4 billion for damaged investors through shareholder litigation, improving corporate governance practices at numerous companies and vindicating fundamental shareholder voting and franchise rights. Recent highlights of his career include co-leading the historic case against Tesla that resulted in the rescission of Elon Musk’s $55 billion pay package and securing a $1 billion settlement in a securities class action against Wells Fargo.
Jeroen was recently elected to the American College of Governance Counsel’s 2024 Class of Fellows.
