BLB&G Partner Jeroen van Kwawegen will speak on a panel titled “The 2025 Incorporation Advice Memo” at the Berkeley Fall Forum on Corporate Governance on November 12. This event will gather leading legal professionals to explore emerging governance issues, from AI’s role in regulation to shareholder activism and climate governance on corporate boards.
Jeroen has recovered over $4 billion for investors and advanced significant governance reforms on behalf of the firm. His notable achievements include co-leading the groundbreaking case against Tesla, resulting in the rescission of Elon Musk’s $55 billion pay package, and securing a $1 billion settlement for Wells Fargo investors. Jeroen is currently prosecuting several high-profile securities and breach of fiduciary duty cases, including those involving Meta Platforms and Credit Suisse.
Jeroen was recently profiled by Law360 as a 2024 “Securities MVP.” He was also named a “Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar” by Law360 and a finalist for “Litigator of the Year” by The American Lawyer.
