BLB&G Partner Anya Freedman has been elected to the 2025 Markets Advisory Council of the Council of Institutional Investors (“CII”). She will play a key role in shaping CII events, providing insights on market trends and strategic planning for industry conferences.
Anya advises BLB&G’s institutional investor clients on fiduciary law and governance matters. Bringing insights gained as general counsel to public pension funds, she empowers leaders to build best-in-class policies and make sound strategic decisions in securities and corporate governance litigation. Most recently, Anya co-authored an article titled “How Private Securities Suits Complement SEC Enforcement” published by Law360.
