BLB&G counsel Tony Gelderman participated as a speaker at the TEXPERS 22nd Annual Conference in Austin, TX. During his presentation entitled "Pitfalls of Securities Lending," Mr. Gelderman provided a legal perspective on issues related to collateral reinvestment in recent years, as well as an overview on current securities lending litigation.
Mr. Gelderman heads the firm's Louisiana office and is responsible for the firm's institutional investor and client outreach. He is a frequent speaker at U.S. and European investor conferences and has written numerous articles on securities litigation and asset protection.
