BLB&G Partner Andrew Blumberg spoke on the “Delaware Panel” as part of New York City Bar’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2025 on February 5. The panel discussed the latest trends and issues in corporate governance.
Andrew prosecutes corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation on behalf of the firm’s hedge fund and institutional investor clients out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Known as a fierce Court of Chancery litigator, Andrew has spearheaded groundbreaking corporate governance actions resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars returned to shareholders and critical corporate governance reforms, including cases involving Mindbody, Santander, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. He has been recognized in Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” and “Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation” lists and Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 “40 & Under” list.
