BLB&G Partner Andrew Blumberg Speaks at the University of Virginia School of Law

BLB&G Partner Andrew Blumberg served as a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law on April 3. He joined Professor Michal Barzuza’s course “Nevada v. Delaware: The New Market for Corporate Law” to discuss recent developments in Delaware law and groundbreaking cases in which he played a pivotal role, including Tesla and Match.

Andrew prosecutes corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation on behalf of the firm’s hedge fund and institutional investor clients out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Known as a fierce Court of Chancery litigator, Andrew has spearheaded groundbreaking corporate governance actions resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars returned to shareholders and critical corporate governance reforms, including cases involving Mindbody, Santander, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. He has been recognized in Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” and “Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation” lists and Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 “40 & Under” list.
