BLB&G associate Mae Oberste has been elected as Treasurer of the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA), where she previously served as Assistant Secretary. As Treasurer, Mae will help maintain and improve the financial health of the DSBA and ensure the DSBA has adequate resources to serve its membership. She will be responsible for presenting the DSBA’s monthly financial reports, updating other members of the Executive Committee on any financial issues, and preparing the annual budget.
Mae is a member of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance & Shareholder Rights group, and practices from the firm’s Wilmington office. She has served on the DSBA Executive Committee since her appointment in 2022. Prior to joining BLB&G, Mae served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
