Jeroen van Kwawegen, BLB&G partner and Executive Committee member, has been honored as a member of the 2024 Lawdragon Legends, an exclusive group of 33 distinguished U.S. lawyers. Jeroen stands alongside fellow BLB&G partners Max Berger, Hannah Ross, Jerry Silk, and Salvatore Graziano in achieving this prestigious recognition, awarded to attorneys who have been named to the Lawdragon 500 list 10 times or more.
This recognition follows Jeroen's pivotal role in leading BLB&G's litigation team to a landmark victory against Tesla. This groundbreaking corporate governance decision resulted in the nullification of Elon Musk’s entire $55.8 billion compensation package. In addition to this significant achievement, Jeroen spearheaded a successful class action against Columbia Pipeline Group in 2023, securing a $79 million partial recovery with the potential for a $400 million recovery pending further proceedings and appeal, among other notable cases.
