BLB&G Partner Jeroen van Kwawegen Elected to American College of Governance Counsel 2024 Class of Fellows

BLB&G partner Jeroen van Kwawegen has been elected to the American College of Governance Counsel 2024 Class of Fellows, a prestigious group of 21 leading corporate governance lawyers in the United States and Canada. The College is a professional and honorary association that promotes the highest standards in governance practice and encourages the broader adoption of best governance practices.

Jeroen has played a pivotal role in recovering over $4 billion for investors and advancing significant governance reforms on behalf of the firm. His achievements include co-leading the historic case against Tesla, which resulted in the rescission of Elon Musk’s $55 billion pay package, and securing a $1 billion settlement in a securities class action against Wells Fargo. Jeroen is currently prosecuting several high-profile securities and breach of fiduciary duty cases, including those involving Meta Platforms and Credit Suisse.
