BLB&G Attorneys Rebecca Boon, Jon Uslaner, and Lauren Cruz Will Present to Berkeley Plaintiffs' Law Association on "Securities Litigation and Social Justice"

Rebecca Boon, Jon Uslaner, and Lauren Cruz will be presenting to students at Berkeley Plaintiffs’ Law Association on March 16, 2022. The Q&A session will be focused on how securities litigation can be utilized as a tool for social change, and include a discussion of some of BLB&G's cases dealing with #MeToo issues.

Rebecca Boon is among the BLB&G attorneys who has become a thought leader on the issue, as seen in recent articles published in Responsible Investor and Law360. She also frequently presents to other law schools around the country discussing how securities litigation can be used as a tool for social justice.
