On July 19, 2023, BLB&G Partner Hannah Ross will speak at the NCTR Annual Trustee Workshop. Her panel, “ESG – A Different Way to Look at the Issue and How Trustees Can Talk About It,” aims to unpack the hot-button issue of ESG investing, particularly as trustees are faced with impassioned partisan voices flooding local, state, and federal levels. Hannah and her fellow panelist will discuss the ways in which trustees can pursue desirable environmental, social, and governance goals, and explore methods to reframe the message of ESG investing as a responsible act.
Hannah is a member of BLB&G’s Executive Committee and has over two decades of experience as a civil and criminal litigator. She has been a key member and leader of trial teams that have recovered billions of dollars for the firm’s investor clients. In addition to the NCTR Annual Trustee Workshop, Hannah is frequently called upon to speak at other pension and securities-related conferences around the country.
