On July 23, BLB&G partner Scott Foglietta will speak at Opal Financial Group's annual Public Funds Summit, addressing critical and relevant issues for senior public pension fund officers and trustees.
At the Summit, Scott will contribute to panel discussions alongside distinguished consultants and pension fund/plan sponsors. Topics include the impact of surplus returns on employee benefit plans, current issues surrounding pension plans, and continuing education development for plan sponsors and fiduciaries.
Scott prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of BLB&G’s institutional investor clients. As a member of the firm’s case development and client advisory group, Scott advises Taft-Hartley pension funds, public pension funds, and other institutional investors on potential legal claims.
