BLB&G Partners Christopher Orrico and Scott Foglietta served as guest lecturers at Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law on April 10. They joined Professor Jennifer O’Hare’s course “Developments in Securities Litigation” to discuss current trends and issues in shareholder litigation.

Christopher focuses on breach of fiduciary duty litigation against boards and executives as part of the firm's Corporate Governance practice. He has played a leading role in recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for investors and upholding shareholder rights in high-profile cases such as In re Mindbody, Inc. Stockholders Litigation and In re Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc., among others. A Villanova alumnus, Christopher frequently serves as a guest lecturer at the Charles Widger School of Law, recently contributing to the course “Policing Fiduciary Duties Under Enhanced Scrutiny—The Stockholder Perspective.”

Scott prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of BLB&G’s institutional investor clients. As a member of the firm’s case development and client advisory group, Scott advises Taft-Hartley pension funds, public pension funds, and other institutional investors on potential legal claims.
