BLB&G Partner Scott Foglietta will be speaking at a webinar hosted by the Securities Class Action Services division of Institutional Shareholder Services on December 12. Alongside distinguished legal professionals, he will serve as a panelist on a discussion titled “The Pros and Cons of Active vs Passive Litigation.”
Scott prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of BLB&G’s institutional investor clients. As a member of the firm’s case development and client advisory group, Scott advises Taft-Hartley pension funds, public pension funds, and other institutional investors on potential legal claims.
