BLB&G partner Katie Sinderson recently served as a guest lecturer at Columbia Law School. Katie contributed to the course “Managing Litigation Risk: Behind the Scenes in Securities Litigation and Derivative Suits,” which examines the strategic and tactical decisions companies and their counsel face in high-stakes securities class action and derivative suits.
Katie advises and represents BLB&G clients in securities fraud actions, leading teams that have recovered billions of dollars for investors. She also co-chairs the Federal Bar Council Securities Litigation Committee and frequently speaks at bar association and industry events. Most recently, Katie was a featured speaker on the Women in Securities Litigation (WSL) Network panel, “A Counterpart Conversation with Plaintiffs' Lawyers.”
