On January 31, 2024, BLB&G Partner Katie Sinderson will serve as a panelist at the NERA Insights webinar “Recent Trends in Securities Class Action Litigation.” Along with other legal experts, Katie will discuss recent trends in filings, motion practice, and settlements in securities class action litigation. Panelists will also examine key findings within NERA’s annual report and share their outlook on potential developments for the upcoming year.
Katie specializes in advising and representing BLB&G clients in securities fraud actions, leading teams that have recovered billions of dollars for investors. In addition to her litigation duties, Katie serves as co-chair of the Federal Bar Council Securities Litigation Committee, and frequently speaks at bar association and industry events. Most recently, Katie was a featured guest panelist at Skadden Arp’s 16th Annual Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Update.
