On May 15, 2023, BLB&G Partner Katie Sinderson will serve as a panelist at PLI’s Expert Witness 2023 event, which seeks to demystify the challenges of selecting, preparing, and using experts in complex litigation. Katie’s panel, “The Expert Report, Depositions and Managing the Expert Relationship,” will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence needed to draft the expert report, take an expert deposition, defend an expert deposition, retain and monitor experts, and manage the expert-attorney relationship.
Katie’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients in securities fraud class actions, where she leads teams in recovering billions of dollars for investors. Katie also co-chairs the firm’s Women’s Forum, which offers opportunities for the firm’s clients to network and share ideas and knowledge with female leaders in pension funds and institutional investors around the world. Her success has earned her many accolades, including being named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation, and making the publication’s “Under 40 Hot List” multiple times over.
