On December 6, 2023, BLB&G Partner Katie Sinderson will appear as the guest panelist at Skadden Arps' 16th Annual Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Update, providing the plaintiffs' perspective on case filing trends and the latest securities litigation cases from the Supreme Court and nationwide.
Katie specializes in advising and representing BLB&G clients in securities fraud actions, leading teams that have recovered billions of dollars for investors. In addition to her litigation duties, Katie frequently speaks at bar association and industry events. Most recently, Katie was a featured guest lecturer in Richard Rosen’s “Capital Markets Litigation” class at Columbia Law School.
