BLB&G Partner Jeroen van Kwawegen and Senior Counsel Daniel Meyer served as guest lecturers at Harvard Law School on April 15. They joined Professor Guhan Subramanian’s “Deals” course to examine complex corporate transactions from a legal standpoint.

Jeroen has recovered over $4 billion for investors and advanced significant governance reforms on behalf of the firm. His notable achievements include co-leading the groundbreaking case against Tesla, resulting in the rescission of Elon Musk’s $55 billion pay package, and securing a $1 billion settlement for Wells Fargo investors. Jeroen is currently prosecuting several high-profile securities and breach of fiduciary duty cases, including those involving Meta Platforms and Credit Suisse.

Daniel practices out of the firm's Delaware office, where he represents institutional clients in corporate governance matters. He is currently serving on the case teams in litigations against Coinbase, Centrus Energy, and Astra Space, and has contributed to significant cases involving Walmart, TD Ameritrade, and United Airlines. Previously, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Andre G. Bouchard in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
