BLB&G Partner Christopher Orrico and Associate Daniel Meyer to Speak at Duke Law School

BLB&G Partner Christopher Orrico and Associate Daniel Meyer will serve as guest lecturers at Duke Law School on November 7. They will contribute to the course “Business Associations,” which examines the laws governing the organization, internal governance, and financing of corporations and other business entities.

Christopher is a shareholder attorney and partner in BLB&G’s Corporate Governance practice, focusing on breach of fiduciary duty litigation against boards and executives. He has played a leading role in recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for investors, enhancing corporate governance practices, and upholding shareholder rights in high-profile cases, including In re Mindbody, Inc. Stockholders Litigation and In re Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc., among others. Christopher frequently serves as a guest lecturer at Columbia Law School, Villanova University, and the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Daniel practices out of the firm's Delaware office, where he represents institutional clients in corporate governance matters. He previously worked in corporate restructuring at a prominent law firm and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Andre G. Bouchard in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
