BLB&G partner Jeroen van Kwawegen was named a finalist in the “National Winning Litigators” category in The National Law Journal’s Legal Awards 2024 for his impactful work in high-stakes litigation and corporate governance cases this past year. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown on October 24.
Jeroen has helped the firm recover over $4 billion for investors and advance significant corporate governance reforms. Notably, he co-led the landmark case against Tesla that resulted in the recission of Elon Musk’s $55 billion compensation package and secured a $1 billion settlement in a securities class action against Wells Fargo. Jeroen is currently prosecuting several high-profile securities and breach of fiduciary duty cases, including those involving Meta Platforms and Credit Suisse.
