On October 12, 2023, BLB&G Partner Rebecca Boon will speak at CAC Live’s annual conference. Joining fellow panelists, Rebecca will explore the topic of “Defense Counsel Claims” and offer valuable legal insight into the latest trends and best practices regarding D&O liability. In addition to Rebecca’s discussion, the three-day event will engage with topics such as emerging risks, cyber security, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with peers and learn from experts in the field.
Rebecca regularly lectures at law schools, universities, and conferences in the U.S. and abroad on the topics of ESG, social change, sexual harassment, and shareholder litigation. Most recently, Rebecca spoke at PLI’s event “ESG 2023: What It Means for Boards, Management, and Counsel” on building an effective corporate governance strategy. Rebecca is continually recognized for her achievements, including being named one of Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” and “500 Leading Lawyers in America.” Rebecca has also been named multiple times over to Benchmark Litigation's "40 and Under Hot List.”
