BLB&G Partner Rebecca Boon will serve as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University Law School on April 7. She will join Professor Hillary Sale’s course “Advanced Topics in Corporate Law: Corporate Governance” to discuss precedent-setting cases in which she played a pivotal role, including Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. and Guess.
Rebecca has been litigating securities fraud and shareholder rights actions for more than 17 years, recovering billions of dollars for the firm’s institutional investor clients. She has advanced equality in the workplace by co-founding the Beyond #MeToo working group and leading landmark recoveries that have resulted in important social change among industries.
