BLB&G Associate Mae Oberste has been appointed to the Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) Executive Committee and will serve as the Assistant Secretary. The Executive Committee of the DSBA serves as the Board of Directors for the bar association and oversees the finances and operations of the nonprofit organization, voting on measures to improve the association and developing measures required for furthering the mission of DSBA.
Mae is a member of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance & Shareholder Rights group, and practices from the firm’s Wilmington office. Prior to joining BLB&G, Mae served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery. She is also a member of the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court.
