BLB&G Partner Katie Sinderson will speak on a panel titled “Seeking Resolution: Strategies in Mediation and Settlement of the Securities Case” as part of Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Litigation 2025: From Investigation to Trial” program on April 28. Alongside esteemed professionals, Katie will discuss mediation and settlement of civil securities matters. Participants will learn effective mediation techniques and settlement strategies, and how to identify D&O liability issues.
Katie specializes in advising and representing BLB&G clients in securities fraud actions, leading teams that have recovered billions of dollars for investors harmed by fraud and corporate malfeasance. In addition to her litigation duties, Katie serves as co-chair of the Federal Bar Council Securities Litigation Committee and frequently speaks at bar association and industry events.
