Gabriel Cohen practices out of the firm’s New York office, prosecuting securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Gabe was selected to participate in the firm’s 2023 Summer Associates program. Gabe has also worked as an intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau and the New York City Department of Social Services.
Gabe graduated magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, and founded and served as President of the Plaintiffs’ Law Association. Gabe graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Psychology.
