Matthew Goldstein is a BLB&G associate prosecuting securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. He practices out of the firm’s New York office.
Before joining BLB&G, Matthew was a litigation associate at O’Melveny & Myers, where he worked on insurance, securities, white collar, bankruptcy, and contract cases in federal and New York state court. He previously served as an extern in the voting section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, as a judicial extern for the Hon. Gerald Lebovits of the New York State Supreme Court, and as a judicial intern for Senior Judge Beryl A. Howell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Matthew obtained his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his A.B. in philosophy from Dartmouth College.
