Alexander Noble practices out of the firm’s New York office and prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Alexander worked as a senior associate at a prestigious international law firm where he focused on representing public and private companies, directors, and officers in a wide range of complex commercial and securities litigation in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey. He also spent the early part of his legal career as a litigation attorney in the New York City Law Department, Special Federal Litigation Division.
Alexander received his J.D. from New York Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Law Review and executive board member of the Moot Court Association. He also received his B.A. in History and Political Science from the College of William and Mary.
